The price includes:

The price does not include:

• Tourist tax (varies according to the number of people and age, to be paid on site),

Cancellation rules:

• No-show on the scheduled arrival date: 100% of the total amount

We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, but certain rules must be respected at all times.

• No parties or events.
• No noise between 11 pm and 8 am. Please respect the neighborhood when using the pool, especially with young children.
• No illegal streaming or downloading of content from the internet.
• Additional guests must be approved before their stay.
• No pets are allowed.
• Smoking is prohibited inside. Outside, please use the ashtrays provided.
• Pool: Smoking, eating, or drinking is prohibited in the pool.

In the event of a violation of any of these rules, we reserve the right to contact local authorities and recover your deposit for damages.

To book, you must provide your contact information. Simply fill in the following fields: first name, last name, date of birth, address, email, telephone number, as well as information relating to your reservation (period of stay, number of people).

We also record the date and time of the reservation. Additional information (estimated arrival time, comments) is not required.

The information you provide on our website, including ratings, is personal data and is processed and used by us to ensure the proper processing of the reservation and the provision of the requested service.

We also use your data to provide you with relevant information when booking or during your stay and to ensure the calculation, collection and payment of the tourist tax relating to your stay.

This data is only known to us from the moment you have agreed to share it by checking the appropriate box on the reservation form.
