Situated on a 2,000 m² property, you'll enjoy a separate house adjoining the owners' home. This 55 m², two-story house can accommodate up to 5 people.
The bucolic garden houses a swimming pool (heated as soon as the weather permits and until the end of September) and other shared spaces (large covered terrace, garden furniture, bicycle storage, etc.).

The cottage
The gîte La Vieille Ferme, adjoining my main residence, was completely renovated and refurbished in 2022-2023. It is an old farmhouse dating back to 1899.
On the ground floor, you will find a kitchen and a living room with Tarn bricks.
Upstairs is the sleeping area with two bedrooms and a bathroom with WC. Both bedrooms are equipped with reversible air conditioning.
Cuisine
The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, hob, extractor hood, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender). You'll find everything you need to prepare your meals in good conditions. A high table and four stools will welcome you for breakfast.
Salon
The living room has a sofa and a dining area for 5 people (mid-height table with bar stools). It is equipped with a smart TV (with Netflix and Canal access).
First room
The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed measuring 140 x 190 cm.
Second bedroom
The second bedroom is modular (please specify before your arrival) and can accommodate:
- a king-size bed (180 x 190 cm) for two people and a bed (90 x 190 cm) for one person
- or three beds (90 x 190 cm) for three people
This room is equipped with a work table in a "king size bed" configuration.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with an 80 x 120 cm shower.
You will also have access to shared spaces throughout the property
